Severn Marine Technologies has completed its 14th ClearSignal coating of Datawell Wave Rider buoys and their accompanying compensation chains and transducers. ClearSignal has been highly effective in increasing the performance of the Wave Rider buoys as well as greatly reducing maintenance cost. The user communities include the Scripps Institute of Oceanography/CDIP program, US Navy, Coastal Studies Institute/East Carolina University and the offshore oil and gas industry.
